Official Statement from the AWPGA Board

Recent discussions regarding the 2026 National Specialty Judge Selection Process have prompted questions regarding the Board’s review of that process.

Consistent with its responsibilities under the AWPGA Constitution and Bylaws, the Board conducted a review of the available records relating to the administration of the 2026 National Specialty Judge Selection Process. The purpose of that review was to ensure that the AWPGA's governance processes are transparent, verifiable, and administered under the control of the Board for the benefit of its members. The Board is not making findings regarding any individual's intent or motive, but rather evaluating whether the AWPGA's governance processes operated as represented to its members.

The Board remains committed to strengthening the AWPGA's governance and maintaining the confidence of its membership. We appreciate the continued engagement and support of our members.
