All material – whether in the form of advertisements, articles, symbols, diagrams or illustrations – is accepted and published by The Griffonnier, its Editor and the American Wirehaired Pointing Griffon Association with the express agreement that the person(s) or entities submitting the material will indemnify and hold the Club and/or it’s Editor free and harmless for any result of publishing such material, which is libelous, copyright or trademark infringement or plagiarism, and will reimburse the Club and/or it’s Editor for any expense incurred in the defense of any such claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
